TeamWP Founder James Giroux received a member spotlight courtesy of Post Status. James has been deeply involved in the WordPress community since 2006, starting out building websites for local organizations before becoming a full-time agency owner. He has since worked in various roles within the WordPress ecosystem, including as a community wrangler, marketplace rep, and hosting company marketing director. James founded TeamWP, a platform aimed at helping WordPress teams improve their skills and create great places to work. He attributes his success to the people he has met within the WordPress community and recommends attending WordCamps to make valuable connections.
